• New hire training: ensure measurable and effective delivery of new hire training (clinical and non-clinical) across Digital Surgery & Biosurgery• Existing Sales Force training: Optimize the Digital Surgery & Biosurgery competency-based training pathway (SUMMIT) through continuously improvement of the Digital Surgery & Biosurgery learning activities as well as ensuring a relevant platform certification database• Existing Sales Force training: Ensure up to date learning activities that improve Sales Force competitiveness (Empower to Rebuttal)• Field Sales Trainer: Lead for trainer excellence through continuous education and connectivity of the Field Sales Trainer• Support the EMEA region, partner with the EMEA Marketing Organization, local SUMMIT champions as well as geography sales and marketing leaders and associates• Manage faculty relationships to ensure best in class training courses as well as manage faculty contracts• Plan and control the budget of the training courses• Continuously measure and analyze results to suggest and implement improvements in the Spine & Biosurgery training pathway

• Responsible for Biosurgery product line sales in Kuwait MOH and private hospitals• Execution of territory business plan• Setting budget required to fulfill promotional requirements• Developing strong communication network with medical leaders • Identifying new business opportunities with existing and potential clients

• Part of a successful team proactively selling, promoting medical products. • Generating new and repeat consumable and contracts business in order to achieve sales targets.• Creating & executing a territory business plan focused on generating sales. • Selling medical products to hospital throughout the sales territory
