I handle all package of training for awardee before departing to their each university, such as calling the speakers, handling all accommodation for the events both of indoor and outdoor, meeting with the awardee, administrative task, and other jobs. The training is running weekly for each batch and very week there is a batch with around 120 awardee. Thus, there is no day-off to the team. It makes us becoming a professional event management.As a junior evaluator, we must make reports for several kind of task which we have done in every batch. The administrative duties are very important, because we are under control of Ministry of Finance, Republic Indonesia. Each team has their down specialised of jobs, I used to managed speaker who we invited as a liaison officer and the administrative related.

As a polytechnic students, we learnt more practical activities rather than only theories in the class. To achieve 60% of practice, my campus does several ways which are written in curriculum. One the curriculum is internship in workplace related of our major at least three months. My major when I was in college is Finance and Islamic Banking. I did my internship in CIMB Niaga Islamic Office (Islamic Bank) and Jasindo Takaful (Islamic Finance Institution).Being an internship student in Bank of CIMB Niaga Islamic Officer in Bali in a month taught me so well what the Islamic banks does. I chose Bali, because I wanted to know how Islamic Bank works in the place where Moslem is minority and prove that Islam is blessing for the whole world. At the first two weeks, I worked as a front office both of customer service and teller service. I am trained how to become a great customer service who represents values of company. Moreover, I learn how to handle complaining from the customers with a smart answer fast and with a smile. In the end of first two weeks, I presented what I had worked in front of the manager of front office.In the future weeks, I joined marketing team and learnt how to catch Bank's target with brilliant strategies. In the same time, bank marketers have to maintain good relationship with current customers and look forward new potential customers with their attitude and aptitude.

Supervisor of Restaurant (managing waiter, waitress, and cleaner) at PT Fiesta Chicken Nugget at Jakarta Fair 2012.This event was full day in a month which starts from 11 am to 11 pm. My responsibility was not only making sure all the duties of my team, but also making a daily report of sales. My team was 15 persons in three posts; waiter, waitress, and cleaner. Besides a restaurant team, we had to collaborate with other teams, such as kitchen, sales, and cashier. We were running a huge number of hungry customers every day and it became a twice number in weekend.
