➡️ Key Accountabilities:√ Ensure exceptional service quality, HSE compliance, and adherence to ADNOC Onshore Standards in all field operations.√ Successfully execute complex Well Intervention jobs in ADNOC Onshore Fields, including Bab/Habshan/Buhasa/Haliba/ASAB/Sahil/NEB.√ Deliver accurate and timely job results, ensuring seamless service delivery execution and exceeding customer expectations.√ Lead service delivery operations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.√ Conduct thorough job risk analyses and participate in proactive improvement programs to enhance service quality and safety.√ Develop and nurture strong customer relationships, promoting company products and services to drive business growth.√ Ensure rigorous compliance with company and regulatory standards through self-assessments, wellsite inspections, and audits.√ Collaborate with customers in Service Quality Meetings, implementing action plans to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.√ Actively participate in HSE and Quality initiatives, championing a safety-first culture and adhering to QHSE policies.√ Maintain up-to-date Safety training for the crew, ensuring a safe and competent workforce.√ Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.√ Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve service delivery.√ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive operational excellence.

.▪︎Inspect the Quality File of equipment & make sure that all related inspection reports, callibration certifications, maintenance reports & checklist are available & valid prior mobilization for operation.▪︎Plan Operation & ensure that sufficient resources are available at location with best QHSE standards.▪︎Responsible for Pre job/Post job maintenance & updating record on MMS (Maintenance Management System).▪︎Perform LP/HP rigup for Stimulation, Frac Job on both rig/rigless & operating Coiled Tubing, Fluid Pumping Unit, Nitrogen Pumping Unit &associated equipment.▪︎Provide technical support to client & crew at location.▪︎Plan and coordinate between operations & technical team to ensure that materials are rigged-up/tested properly & ready to perform job.▪︎Responsible to maintain proper inventories of spare parts & tools with assigned package.▪︎Responsible to maintain schedule equipment maintenance record & ensure that its been performed on recommended interval.▪︎Prepare & deliver comprehensive job tickets, TRA/JSA documents, chemical inventories, maintenance reports & equipment checklist on time.▪︎Manage storage & inventories of supplies & fixed assets on job site.▪︎Initiate & participate in knowledge sharing, mentoring the crew personnel.▪︎Ensure submission of Service Qulaity Reports & proper reporting of accident, incidents & near misses (RARs) on QHSE portal to prevent re-occurrence by developing & improving efficient QHSE culture.▪︎Manage job logistics in cost effective manner, execute the operation on time without any QHSE issue.
