Accomplishments• Monitoring the Development strategy for all 117 companies, by creating or up grading the hierarchy of the Holding companies and subsidiary companies. • Worked in the ministry committee for the creation and distribution of the new universal united policy to the council of ministers for all the companies in the public sector including the HR and financial and purchasing policies.• Collected all the different business plans and expansion reports to present to the Ministry’s development committee to propose to the Minister for his approval.

Accomplishments• Presented the family as a new board member with the CEO to build a new group strategy.• Lead the meeting for all Business unit Managers to explain the new group strategy and explain reports needed to start the Gap Analysis to understand the current status of the group. • Collected all organization charts and Income statements for the 8 hosptiality units, to create the gap analysis after analizing the data with the help of the CFO, which lead to the creation of business and expantion plans.• Lead the strategy meetings and restucture for the Agro Luxor company, which new business plan for Agro Luxor company with a 5 year plan goal.
