Job responsibilities includes:  Reviews and recommends modifications to Accounting systems and procedures.  Posts data to various ledger, registers, journals and logs following established accounting techniques and procedures.  Responsible for closing books at year end upon completion of annual audit.  Maintains the various ledger accounts including reconciliation of the district general ledger, revenue Accounts, expenditures, and cash balances.  Evaluating and managing operational internal control system,  Maintaining complete financial records and reports  Preparing Bank Guarantee.  Opining LC ( Letter of Credit )  Controlling Credit limits of the customers.  Costing and preparation of price list as per the company rule.  Bank reconciliation and taking daily bank balance.  Bi-annually & annually stock taking.  Internal and External meeting with sales engineers, customers, and Sub contractors.  Follow up with Customers, and coordinating with sales engineers.  Following the government projects (e.g. G.H.Q ,MUSANADA ,IMDAAD ,CROWN PRINCE COURT etc.)  Cheque printing in system (Navision R-2).  Processing of petty cash.  Invoice processing for domestic vendors.  Processing of LPO (Local Purchase Oder) and annually preparing the reports for expense due, prepaid expenses, refundable, guarantees.
