Working for AKU’s Medical College Administration and Conference Secretariat Department and the responsibilities are:- Fully undertake and execute the events/conference in coordination with organising department/organiser.- Provide assistance to Section Head in event planning, execution and post-event costing- Provide required administrative assistance pertaining to Events Management.- Coordinate with other support services departments/vendors (example: Food Service, Travel, Transport, Security, Maintenance, ISD (IT) and various vendors etc. for provisioning respective services/items- Arrange for designing and lay-outing of offset printing material and designing of banners and posters etc and liaise with related vendors. - Provide inter-departmental coordination / communication amongst other staff of the department.- Arrange for Accommodation of Guest and their ticket- Make the payments of various vendors. AGA KHA UNIVERSITY (AKU).Works Experience FHS Administration department Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi Pakistan, Conduct LUMS University aptitude test and Open House, AKU-Examination and OSCE setup, looks after the logistical activities of the teaching and examination sessions of UGME which includes Providing Logical support in sessions like PBL, LCF, Tutorials also setting up laptop and multimedia where required and making sure that all the required equipments are present before in these sessions. I also maintain the venues’ booking register up date daily for student teaching activity, Faculty meeting & health awareness meeting uses, weekly information about the sessions to the maintenance department as to when and where A/C should be switched on. Different type complains like which is out of order equipment multimedia laptop, PA system lamp sanitary, tube light. Partially associated with conference secretariat where I give logistical support in arranging seminars, guest lectures, Health Awareness programs and many related sessions.
