• Train All the Team Members for Food Safety Procedures (FSCC)• Responsible for Train all Levels of Management team (DC.) For (2nd line) LAS.• Responsible to Train All the RGM's for (DC.) LAR1 & LAR2 • Implement All the System Issues in the Units• Train the Staff (Including Area Coaches) for the New Products• Training & Follow up All Levels• Training for Products Quality and Customer Service during Units Visits• Update All the Units by New Specifications as Brand Standard• Implement the Local Standard Including Company Policy• Action Plan for the Low Performances• Evaluating Restaurants Performances
