Job Role/Department: Management Jan. 2019 up to Now Company: Eadarah for Development & Progress Co.This company is managing, investment and operating franchises agencies • Managing Operation with a total of 19 outlets, 220 team members• Implement high level standard of brands • Implement & share The Marketing plan. • Implementing and budgeting the action plan (sales & expenses), delegate it to the Store Manager in each Outlet with a support and follow-up with extensive involvements managing client’s relationship at all levels.• Managing SR 36.000.000 (36 Million) Yearly sales • Lead a weekly management meeting with all stores Managers & Area Coaches• Follow up employment, training, and evaluation of new hires.• In charge of achieving sales vs. budgets.• Evaluating new opening sites • Day to day operations details between Outlets and Area Managers Cc (admin, purchasing, customer complaints, product availability coaching, support & routine paperwork…etc.).

• Train All the Team Members for Food Safety Procedures (FSCC)• Responsible for Train all Levels of Management team (DC.) For (2nd line) LAS.• Responsible to Train All the RGM's for (DC.) LAR1 & LAR2 • Implement All the System Issues in the Units• Train the Staff (Including Area Coaches) for the New Products• Training & Follow up All Levels• Training for Products Quality and Customer Service during Units Visits• Update All the Units by New Specifications as Brand Standard• Implement the Local Standard Including Company Policy• Action Plan for the Low Performances• Evaluating Restaurants Performances
