1- Provide technical support to Sales/Tendering/Projects/Engineering departments.2- Coaching and supervising Junior Tendering Engineers in the Team.3- Develop the costing as part of the quotation process.4- Respond to customer queries providing efficient optimized solutions.5- Attend TBE meetings with customers to ensure TQs closing in timely manner.6- Lead the design in activities concerning COE product development respecting standards, procedures and guidelines.7- Provide & review full design solution including SLDs, schematics and BOM using EPLAN for MV & LV switchgears meeting customer requirements/exceeding expectations in different segments, especially Oil& Gas.8- Prepare short circuit and selectivity (STAR) studies by using ETAP 14.19- Trace all electrical design office concerns with other departments and find appropriate solutions.10- Applying new “Standardization Project” that help in minimizing errors and reducing cost/activity duration, ex: EPLAN Library Enhancement.

1- Provide technical support for equipment (MV/LV) quotations. 2- Define Scope & Validate project costing once PO is received from customer, based on project documents and customer requirements.3- Prepare for & attend KOMs, leading technical discussions with customer4- Study project file and hand-over project requirements to Engineering Department.5- Ensure quality of submittal for all projects in accordance with the customer’s requirement and ANSI standard.6- Review design / document submittal dates for the projects from Design Department.7- Ensure BOM released from Design Dept. to Materials Dept. are in line the customer’s requirement.8- Control projects scope and Technical changes filling.9- Control project submittals/customer approvals.10- Provide technical trainings & lessons learned to projects department.

1- Design of L.V switchgear and control gear. 2- Order handling till delivery including studies, preparing drawings and control schemes, choosing of proper protection systems. 3- Studying technical offers and design of L.V networks.4- Prepare BOM.5- Specification review and verification. 6- Handling license drawings. 7- Performing calculations for equipment ratings according to project specifications. 8- Technical support for sales department.

1- Perform Complete Strategic Jobs [Shop Drawings (Single Line Diagram, Front View), Schematic Diagrams, Bill of Materials].2- Verify Specs and Present Compliance Sheets.3- Guide Customers to the Optimum Design & Engineering Solutions.4- Design layout for Free Standing & Wall Mounted Panels and all the included Components.5- Follow up and Make sure that all Customers’ Requirements are achieved with The Design Office, Logistics and The Electrical Workshop.6- Take Overall Technical and Commercial Responsibilities for Tendering and Negotiations.
