Duties and responsibilities:• Responsible for all Retention & Access activities account Etisalat in Egypt, which handle around 3600 sites.• Manage all retention teams in all regions more than 20 persons. • Communicate directly with Customer (Etisalat) in all Retention issues.• Initiate the SSI (Site Security Index) which submitted to Etisalat and made demos which supported the customer to enhance the SSI.• Initiate Owner Program which could to support & enhance the relation between sites owners & Etisalat.• Support in Swap project starting from Alex as 1st step then gone to reach to all regions.• Establish Retention In – House team all over the regions.• Support regional presales team in Etisalat renewal contract for additional 3 years in Retention scope till achieved.• New contract orientation to all teams (Retention, Technical) plus the project management to clear all contract points.• Support regional presales team in Vodafone piddling in Retention part through all rounds and makes clear show in front of Vodafone teams

Duties and responsibilities:• Managing of Retention & Access activities (3600 site)• Support all network teams to maintain network superiority by retaining the network active sites in its optimum working condition through dealing with internal and external stakeholders’ non-technical problems.• Handle and clear all non technical problems related to network active sites.• Acquire & facilitate all active sites modifications, enhancements & expansions.• Receive & manage sites transfer from construction phase to operation phase.• Improve permit & power conditions of network active sites to the optimum• Support other Operations & Maintenance teams to maintain the targeted network availability.• Develop, maintain and demonstrate Etisalat image with governmental & society identities to support network operations activities.• Maintain and develop a constructive relationship with site owners, Tenants & Guards

Duties and responsibilities:• Responsible for all Site Acquisition and associated activities on given projects• Process and manage vendor POs• Analyze information to determine viability of site, compliance with corporate and legal standards and eliminate any candidate sites that create risk for ALPHA.• Ensure that Site-Acquisition-related contractors are adhering to processes and procedures, measure progress against the baselines and look for continuous improvement opportunities.• Ensure that proper records are maintained of all site acquisition documentation and data in any database of record design.• Coordinate work with any party that interfaces with the site acquisition group• Issue reports for the Managing director for the business flow• Measure and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project life cycle • Acquire nominal for new sites from clients• Approve tasks and targets of the employees under supervision on monthly basis that are set by Acquisition Manager• Perform monthly performance appraisals for employees under supervision• Follow up and initiate global deals with private and public sectors to build BTS with them• Assess and approve acquisition subcontractors• Set the budget for the acquisition department• Revise legal documents of the site in case needed• Communicate, verbally and in writing, with owners to resolve any disputes or clarify interpretations, for instance: BTS-related health hazards.• Develop business cases for site acquisition based on legal review • Coordinate and enforce deliverable deadlines for acquisition services and deliverables• Evaluate engineering requirements (assessment or analysis required)• Coordinate and prepare submittal documents (jurisdictional, and regulatory ones)• Provide regulatory assistance to the civil work and installation teams, including site access, design modification negotiation and approvals• Review and approve all Close Out Package (COP) documents
