The e-QDB strategy includes the strategic and tactical planning for enabling QDB with highly secured IT platform, IT solutions, and IT services that support the business demands and the strategic objectives. This includes entire Banking solutions, payment services, Business Applications, Internet Banking services, CRM, IT infrastructure, and Business Continuity. Responsible for IT Security and ensuring high level of compliance with the regulations from Qatar Central Bank and ictQatar. Accomplishments• Developing e-QDB strategy including three years tactical planning• Established IT policy, procedures, and IT governance models using COBIT & ITIL standards.• Building state-of-art Datacenter, TIA standard 943, for supporting QDB business growth. • Improved IT department productivity by implementing efficient IT projects and services management system.• Reduced cost and enhanced productivity by implementing set of integrated solutions like Business Intelligence (SAP Business Object), Enterprise Business Portal (Sharepoint), ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX), Document Management (Documentum), SMS, Core Banking (TCS BANCS), payment services Qatch & Swift.• Improve Customer Services and increase customer’s satisfaction by automating the customer end-to-end business process within CRM platform.
