Led the electrical design team for Vortex Academy’s ROV and Float Engine projects. Designed, tested, and optimized electrical systems to ensure peak performance, securing critical improvements in system reliability and efficiency. Managed rapid prototyping, PCB manufacturing, and integration processes.

Hired by Vortex Academy to deliver comprehensive electronics and PCB design training to students aged 9 to 16. Led two full-course sessions from start to finish, covering topics from circuit fundamentals to PCB design and fabrication. Proud to see several students from these classes join the academy's ROV team, later competing in the MATE ROV Rangers category. Dedicated to building a solid foundation in STEM for future engineers.

Mentored middle school students in PCB design, electronics, and power systems for the MATE ROV Competition. Guided the team to an impressive 2nd place regionally and an 11th-place global finish—the highest ever for an Arab team in the Rangers category. Focused on inspiring young talent in robotics and fostering hands-on engineering skills.

Led the Electrical Department for Team Orcas, overseeing design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Helped Team Orcas achieve a 4th-place overall finish in the MATE Egypt Regional ROV Competition and a 3rd-place score in the underwater technical category.

Led a cross-functional engineering team in the design, build, and deployment of a Float Engine, an independent project for the MATE ROV competition. Managed collaboration across electrical, mechanical, and software engineering, with a focus on innovative solutions under unique competition requirements.

Currently serving as both R&D Engineer and Production Manager at Elnagar Co., where I oversee three production lines and manage a team of ten operators. I specialize in optimizing technology for cutting and converting paper and cardboard, implementing innovations to enhance efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. My role integrates R&D advancements into daily operations, focusing on continuous improvements, workforce development, and maintaining a safe, efficient workplace.
