Job Responsibilities:- Lead and manage Maintenance contract for + 60 Restaurants of 5 International Brands ( KFC -HRD - TGIF -Pizza Hut - Krispy Kreme – papa john’s)- Manage and resolve work orders under agreed SLA using CRM system.- Successfully managed day-to-day maintenance for +60 Restaurants.- Managing and following up on price offers and submitting them using salesforce system.- Take part in negotiations with suppliers and service providers to obtain the best offer available within the timeconstraints of the requirement. Respond to and resolve Helpdesk work requests within the timescales specified on the work requests.- Monitored priorities and liaised between maintenance team and management, delegating tasks to complete ontime.- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per fore-casted workloads.

Job Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and leadership, including selection of appropriate equipment andimprovement solutions.- Prepares Work Instructions to communicate the proper set-up and operation of manufacturing.- Installation, programming, Maintaining and commissioning of CNC machines (electrical and mechanical installations).- Proficiently develop CAD models, and transition into CAM (ArtCAM) for programing on CNC machines.- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reportregularly on project status- Assists in the design, installation and troubleshooting of basic manufacturing equipment such as, fixturesand instrumentation.- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistanceand technical support Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment from drawing up the specification, tomanaging suppliers through to full installation.- Identifying and analyzing metrics to measure production goals and implementing procedures to improve upon them.

Job Responsibilities:- Manage efficient team of 5 technicians.- Supervised team to complete the mechanical and electrical work for the production lines on time and as per the companystandards- Arrange the daily work schedules for Preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance.- Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.- The implementation of preventive maintenance programs.- The implementation of special maintenance and control of technical results;- The notification of obsolete equipment, with request for relevant elimination from assets.- Checking of expense forecasts for maintenance activities and facility renewal.
