Park Lane , R07 , New Capital- It Consists 500 unit - Client: ELATAL HOLDING, Main Contractor: ATTCON , ISHADA & CHADAD GroupTime for Completion: 36 Months With Budget: 700 Million, EGP- Making work Break down Structure WBS.- Calculating the quantities of all items in the B.O.Q table of quantities, and calculating the quantities accordingto the approved plans for the project.- Writing subcontractors’ and clients’ invoices, and coordinating with relevant departments/personnel toobtain or provide the needed data (quantity take-offs) for a correct and accurate charge of payment amountsand for issuing the invoices.- Review and rely on all quantity surveying submittals contractors provide for all disciplines of B.O.Q.- Assist with claims notices and submissions about extensions of time- Preparing monthly reports presenting the current situation of executed work.
