I am an Egyptian who lived his late adolescence in Russia (6 years), I left my home country at the age of 17 and I was willing to accept the responsibility and live in a totally different country from what I know. it helped me develop top-notch communication skills and improved my flexibility and adaptability significantly. Working with an international community at Moscow Aviation Institute made me understand cultural differences and accept them to successfully work with others in a team and achieve common goals regardless of disagreements.Working in Russia toughened me up, it made me able to work under pressure and taught me how important motivation and interpersonal skills are to the productivity of a team and that sometimes you have to be initiative and do what is not under your job description.
