Planning, coordinating and ensuring the autonomous implementation, maintenance, follow-up and monitoring of all IT and Telecom equipment, tools and services, as well as ensuring onsite technical support and training of users and Logistic experts in the mission, in accordance with MSF standards, policies and protocols, in order to guarantee the efficient use of all IT and Telecom services and infrastructure. Providing an appropriate high-level technical support to Logistics Coordinator.

- Make sure all security devices (i.e. Firewalls, VPN, DPI and SBC) are up and running.- Making sure all security policies have being followed.- Provisioning & troubleshooting interconnections through SBC.- Provisioning & troubleshooting any connectivity through organization NW FWs.-Provisioning & troubleshooting any request through Mail filter.- Planning, Provisioning and operation any new appliances in Security NW.- Performing the Daily & Monthly Checklist for Network security and HQ LAN.- Full responsibility of Canar HQ LAN (APs, local points, IP phones, internet connectivity and LANSwitches).- Full responsibility of Network security and HQ LAN appliances in HQ datacenter

- Institution’s ICT Equipment Evaluation & Technical Councle .- Staff Technical Support: PCs: Hardware and software – Network – Printers.- Handling All Servers on The Network: ESXI-Vcenter.- Internet Service Flow.- Mail Server : User Creation , Email Assignment, Email Security and User Support - Handling Open Source Proxy server (Squid)- Handling ASA Firewall (CLI – GUI)- Handling Antivirus Server (Endpoint server )
