* I supervise analysis of all Drug Samples incoming through different EDA Departments, and ensure the analysis process coheres to and implements recent GLP and ICH Guidelines, following latest Pharmacopeial and Compendial Guidelines.* I train and evaluate all junior analysts, and ensure their correct induction into the Quality Control Environment regarding safety, proper handling and operation of different instrumentation and Wet and Dry Analysis Methods, including not different chromatography techniques as UPLC, HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer , FTIR, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, UV Spectrophotometer, etc...* I perform Audits on various EDA Departments and Labs to ensure complience to ISO 9001, 17005 aspects.

* Perform all kinds of Q.C. and R&D technical and documentation tasks, concerning analysis of different kinds of Samples; Raw materials , Bulk and Finished Products, Packaging materials, Supplier Evaluation, Stability Samples and Stability Studies Performance Tests.* Develop different kinds of Analytical Methods, And Perform Validation of Analytical Methods and Technology transfer procedures.
