I re-engineered security processes and protocols and implemented a security control room, along with real-time monitoring. I was faced with location issues, age of pensioners and lack of resources to collect their monthly money. I oversaw the team to address this challenge and we implemented the Social Benefits Reconciliations System which allowed for a smart card system to be introduced to the payment process along with biometric recognition for identification purposes -
