1- Report to management regarding financial activity of the company2- Analyze and implement possible accounting solutions for discrepancies3- Works as part of the accounting department to keep finances running smoothly4- Displays excellent time management and problem solving skills5- Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing6- Quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis7- Monthly expense variance analysis8- Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting9- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies10- Manage Fixed Assets11- Balance sheet accounts reconciliations12- Interface with management in various departments, including engineering, sales operations, IT and legal13- Keep documentation of all internal transactions14- Interacts with clients and manages their transactions, too
