Collaborating with underwriters and issuers to assess the potential environmental and social impact, and the alignment of sustainable finance frameworks with the EU Taxonomy, science-based decarbonization pathways and industry best practices.

• Conducting research and analysis on ESG credentials of green, social and sustainable bond frameworks and drafting Second-Party Opinions highlighting their alignment with market practice, with the aim to i) support companies in raising debt capital and ii) enable investors to make informed decisions.

• Managing Shell’s investment program for Retail business comprising 700+ retail sites; this includes business planning and analysis of growth Capital Projects with an annual Capex budget of USD 10MM. • Identified and evaluated growth opportunities with a focus on cashflow, NPV and IRR analysis; influenced the decision to invest in multiple Capex projects including acquisition of 20 new petroleum stations, major upgrades of 16 stations and addition of non-fuels offer on 55 stations; all projects combined will deliver USD 2M in operating profit. • Conducting post-investment reviews and preparing multi-year budget plans to guide future business opportunities.• Revised dealer value proposition which improved site-level profitability by 50% for both dealers and Shell; and reduced Shell’s liability by 70%.

• Implemented Shell’s Global Social Investment program to provide energy access to off-grid communities; this included project planning, budgeting, and monitoring; setup of revolving fund for project’s sustainability; and structuring of legal contract with implementing partners.• Managed external communications with key stakeholders including 600+ retailers, Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority and government agencies on industry malpractices to protect Shell’s brand integrity; ensure operational excellence on sites. • Part of Country Crisis Management team as Message Drafter and later as the Communications Support Team Lead.

• Managed e2e contracting process from developing procurement strategies, scoping of project needs and cost modeling, inviting tenders and negotiating contracts (commercial & legal terms) at market competitive terms to meet business demand. • Took cost optimization initiatives and executed Global Contract Management process on related platforms: CMS, SAP.• Managed 60+ contracts with USD 20MM in spend and delivered value through cost saving/ avoidance of USD 1.5MM.• Member of Contract Board with an authority to approve contracts of up to USD 1MM.
