My main role was to:-actively participate in every stage of the software development life cycle by providing quality related feedback-use business and functional specifications to create the test strategy, test plans, test cases-determine test strategies for integration, functional, regression testing, performance, load and stress testing-conduct blackbox/whitebox, automated and manual testing throughout lifecycle-participate in release management meetings, provide testing stats on the test coverage-offer support to our Customers & Consultants-maintain Product Documentation up to dateAmong others, testing our software and providing efficient customer support for it required working with:- MSSQL- Active Directory- IIS- PowerShell- VMWare- RestAPIAs in for internal tools, I worked with Jira (tasks tracking and online documentation for the product), OTRS (for customer support tickets) and DevOps (development and testing tickets)
