- Review daily payments across 15 branches, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documents.- Verify checks issued` by each branch, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure proper disbursement.- Monitor disbursements to align with approved purposes.- Evaluate leases, supplier contracts, and quotations.- Oversee contracts related to hotels and tourist services.- Ensure accurate customer billing for non-cash services.- Track daily income, both cash and checks.- Match supplier disbursements with agreed profit rates.- Analyze profit and loss reports for branches.- Monitor bank data related to branch cards.- Provide regular feedback to branches and the Chief Financial Officer.- Generate monthly reports on branch indebtedness and collections.- Conduct on-site visits to review treasury, covenants, supplier files, and services.
