•Manages the audit engagement by defining the audit strategy, in consultation with the manager/partner, and executing it in compliance with our policies and protocols. •Execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement. •Actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and make sure that delivered client work is of high quality. As part of this, l anticipates and identifies risks and escalates issues, as appropriate.•Help to create a positive learning culture and coach and counsel senior and junior team members and help them to develop. •Working closely with colleagues, determine whether the work plan and done is proper executed, documented and concluded in compliance with our quality and risk management guidelines.

• Comply with the Company rules and regulations.• Ensure best implementation of approved accounting policies and procedures.• Review current accounting systems.• Generate different types of reports that help the management take the right decisions.• Monitor and control the interface of various modules with the GL, import data from sub-ledgers and preparing monthly/yearly closing transactions, account analysis and reconciliations.
