- Cooperate and build strong trusted relationships with government authorities such as Labor Office, Social Health Insurance and Social Insurances authorities. - Good understanding of full recruiting cycle, setting up company policies, process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner while managing health and social insurance programs. - Monitor & evaluate overall progress on achievement of documentation processes and maintain updated employee records with new hire information, changes in employment status, salary records and work injuries records along with detailed job descriptions. - Identify corrective actions in accordance with Egyptian Laws & ability to advocate/provide advice. - preparing different forms for delivering insurance monthly subscriptions payments to the labor office, Social health insurance and social insurance authorities, handling employees' insurance procedures. - Implement the employment procedures of hiring and resignation/termination process ensure full compliance with Social Insurance Law No. 148 of 2019 and the organization's policies and procedures to ensure recruitment process runs smoothly. - Develop & Implement training plans and HR policies throughout the organization.
