Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, M.Sc. and PhD. in Structural Engineering, and certified by the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers as a Structural Engineering Consultant for design of steel and concrete structures.Twenty-eight (28) years of extensive experience in corporate management, project management, business development, and project controls including corporate strategies, development and update of Company’s long term and short term business plans; following up and compilation of cash flow data; assisting and advising in the formulation of company policies and objectives; identification of client requests for services, negotiating clients; coordinating planning and scheduling of projects.Experience included management of multidisciplinary mega engineering projects; directed, coordinated, and exercised functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of mega engineering projects; monitoring progress towards schedule and ensured that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Experience also included structural design/analysis; technical office management and construction supervision over multidisciplinary projects including public buildings, industrial & residential buildings, hotels, offices, airport terminals, recreation facilities, warehouses and workshops, hospitals, pumping stations, treatment plants and concrete/ steel bridges.Starting my engineering career in 1992 as a Structural Engineer then became a Project Manager for many prestigious projects, then a Projects Director for mega projects in 2007, then the Project Controls Department Manager in 2010. As of 2011, became the Vice President for Planning and Control in addition to being a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Early 2015, I was appointed as a Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer.
