Job responsibilities:● Leading the annual budget forecasting and budget planning process determining financial capacities, calculating financial constraints, and approving budget strategies.● Creating strategies to optimize the organization's budgets and spending.● Conducting financial model & feasibility study for potential investments to make clear decisions.● Collating, preparing, and interpreting reports, budgets & financial statements.● Managing the audit process, liaising with internal and external auditors.● Preparing estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.● Formulating budgets and carrying out variance analysis to determine the budgeted versus actual, implementing correctiveactions, and summarizing the current financial position by collecting information.● Preparing cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the projects.● Ascertaining investment cost and benefits to scope, dependencies, risk, and its alignment to strategic objectives.● Adjusting balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports.● Administering the finalization of accounts and banking operations, statement of financial position, and income.● Monitoring expenditure variance and cash flow on an ongoing basis.
