Starting my journey of establishing my first company was filled with challenges and obstacles I hadn’t anticipated. It was a true test of patience and determination, but with every hurdle I faced, I gained new insights and valuable skills.This experience turned out to be one of the best chapters of my life. It taught me how to become a successful team leader and an effective manager. I was able to build and lead a strong team of more than 20 employees. It was a significant responsibility, but clear vision and teamwork helped me achieve remarkable success.During this time, I also developed a deep understanding of digital marketing and data analysis, which became essential tools for growing the business and making informed, data-driven decisions. This journey wasn’t just about creating a company; it was a learning experience that shaped me into the leader I am today and taught me how to turn challenges into opportunities for growth.

This project was my first experience in entrepreneurship, and it was a t-shirt brand that I put my heart and soul into. From the very beginning, I faced numerous challenges and difficulties, as I did everything on my own—starting from purchasing the fabric and selecting the designs, to sending them to factories for production. Afterward, I managed the printing process, took professional photos of the products, and handled the social media pages for the brand.On top of that, I was also responsible for marketing the products. It was an experience filled with hard work and perseverance, where I learned to manage every aspect of the business on my own.Through this project, I gained extensive experience in project management, digital marketing, and content creation. This journey laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial skills and taught me how to face challenges head-on, working smartly to execute each task perfectly, which ultimately helped me achieve tangible success in this field.

This company was the first place I worked as an employee, and I can confidently say that I learned a great deal during my time there.
