• Organize/plan jobs, write/review specifications, prepare/maintain schedule, develop/monitor estimates, manpower and material forecast, assign work, supervise/coordinate the work of office/field engineers and designers; perform and check calculations• Design of steel, concrete and wood structures, perform squad check of vendor data and drawings from other disciplines, review fabricator drawings and provide assistance to the project manager and engineering manager• Field supervision and coordination of construction survey, cut sheets, and as-built documentation.• Represent the company, project team and department during bid process, project scope development, client meetings and project management meetings. Obtaining required approvals, materials listing and tendering specifications. Review the constructability of design with the goal of meeting quality, cost and schedule commitments.• Maintaining an up to date technical knowledge of survey, design, drafting, project and contract management standards and techniques

• Design of stacked Pipe Racks, Platforms, Heat-Exchangers, Warehouses, Sumps, Trenches, misc. steel and Retaining walls.• Design of deep and shallow foundations for pipe racks, pumps, tanks, pump blocks and pre-engineered buildings.• Reviewing various shop drawings. • Supervising engineers and designers, interdisciplinary coordination and providing technical guidance.

• Design of Oil and Gas facilities, Pipe-racks, Heavy Industrial Buildings and all components.• Design of Concrete Foundations/Pilings and Retaining walls.

• Developing a new technique for protecting and retrofitting of low rise houses against high wind events as well as studying the response of wood houses to hurricane loads.• Teaching Assistant: Assisting in teaching Theory of Structures III and IV• Research Assistant: Assisting the research group supervised by Prof. A. El Damatty.

• Design of various residential and commercial buildings in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab of Emirates, Bahrain, Yemen, Senegal and Angola• Developing and analyzing 3D models for all designed projects under Static and Dynamic load cases.• Preparing Structural Drawings for the projects.
