Current●Ability to build and lead motivated and committed teams across functional boundaries and utilize the talent and expertise of team members productively.●Providing the needed solutions and flexible workflows for different localization requirements.●Working and advising to improve the business process.●Working with the team and other departments to develop and execute operational strategies to deliver creative solutions.●Managing PM team training and building Operational efficiencies.●Focus and advice on financial planning and forecasting for the profit VS internal costs without compromising on quality.●Help sales and marketing teams land more business by suggesting customized workflows according to special clients' requirements.●Working closely with both the Sales and operation teams to minimize the gap between the requirements and the expectations so the team can work in harmony.●Supporting the sales team presentations and clarifying all possible scenarios to assist our existing clients and win new potential clients.●Helping the HR department to choose the right candidates by conducting employment interviews, also qualifying, and evaluating new hires, and providing progress reports to the management team.●Working to qualify and finalize business agreements with new trusted business providers and vendors (Individuals and corporates).●Supporting the top management team when it comes to regional logistic aspects.●Exploring new business opportunities/challenges and advising on new systems/platforms to win new clients.●Mastering new supporting tools, applications, and technologies to ensure providing our clients with excellent service.●Ensure high-quality Arabic output from vendors and freelance collaborators by providing comprehensive project context and fostering a collaborative environment
