Making high-level design choices and dictating technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Heavily involved in everything from writing code to designing the overall structure of systems, ensuring technical harmony and efficiency.

Improved team management skills. Learned how to handle responsibly and authority by being responsible for the success of every job. Managing from a distance and actively being involved with the team being managed require different skill sets. Being involved in the latter means my actions can better or worsen relationships within the company, which affects overall performance. The team at FiberglassWorx makes me excited to wake up in the morning and head to work.
