• Prepare and record Asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries into the accounting system (ASWAQ 6).• Responsible for maintaining bank accounts and preparing the monthly bank reconciliation.• Participate on the preparation process of planning the monthly cash flows and cash forecast to ensure efficient cash management.• Record all transactions of the accounts receivable and follow up on the collection process and preparing the aging report.• Record all accounts payable transactions and Prepare payments via checks or bank transfers after verifying all the documents and obtain all the necessary approvals.• Responsible for all the safe box transactions (disbursements and reimbursements of all kind of permanent and temporary petty cash). • Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.• Participate on the preparation for financial audit and work with the retained public accountant to ensure a clean and timely quarter review and year-end audit and to ensure that the organization is fully compliant with all local regulations.• Avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.• Make sure that all the governmental payments are paid on time (Sales tax, Payroll tax, With-Holding tax, Income tax and Social Insurance).• Monitoring and Keeping a record of all the issued Letter of Guarantees (Bid bond, Advance payment LG and performance bond).• Prepare, as necessary, tax reports and analysis needed for the tax inspections.• Review the monthly payroll sheet to make sure that all the paid salaries and their related deductions are calculated correctly according to income tax and social insurance laws.
