I was selected to join a fully funded scholarship program offered by MCIT. I chose to specialize in the DevOps track, where I gained valuable industrial experience in DevOps practices. This included Linux system administration, configuration management using Ansible, application containerization using Docker, container orchestration using Kubernetes, version control using Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipeline automation using GitHub Actions, continuous monitoring using the Prometheus and Grafana stack, cloud computing using AWS, and infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.

It offers a range of electronic payment services, including bill payments, mobile phone top-ups, and peer-to-peer transfers. Fawry's partnerships with major banks, telecom operators, and retailers have helped to expand its reach and offer a seamless payment experience to its users.As a software development intern, I learned to build web applications using Java Spring Boot for the backend and the Angular framework for the frontend. My learning outcomes from this internship are:• Gained hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, JDBC, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Angular framework.• Acquired knowledge in using SOLID principles, design patterns, Java build tools, and unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, AssertJ, and Mockito.
