With an intention to develop Sports Talent, we begun our initiative by deploying Academies that help develop Talent.Identify scope for developing Grassroots Soccer Programs.Develop marketable platforms for Sports Entertainment at the grassroots level.Work towards progress of both Coaches and students within the respective sport.Analyse and develop committed Talent with sports Research Techniques.

I moved to a Business development role in the Telecom sector where my role was to develop the business pertaining to the Value added services provided to a Cellular operator. My role here was diverse and based on coordination.I was involved with operations pertaining to three Cellular operators in my span of work here.1) Design a promotion plan to maximize Customer base.2) Design and propose new products to acquire Customer base.3) Track ARPU and follow the trend on a daily basis.4) Acquire new modes of promotions and implement for Business expansion.5) Mine data to follow Customer queries.6) Co-ordinate with the client & and develop better client relationship.7) Monitor Charging & Delivery patterns to enhance consumer experience.9) Analyze over all business,plan & propose modes of development.10) Co-ordinate hardware deployment and performance to expand platforms of service promotion.11) Train Customer care executives and educate them about new services & technical changes.12) Track payments and make sure invoices were raised on a regular basis.

Here I worked as a Technical Support Executive.I learned skills on the Hardware/Software of Portable laptops manufactured by Dell. However my role was to multitask. My primary mode of work was to1) Diagnose the defect over the phone.2) Test for a possible solution.3) Work a permanent fix with in the boundaries of a warranty.4) Satisfy and educate the consumer.5) Sell required hardware or software to the consumer.6) Document the happening.7) Notify respective departments involved as well as the consumer.8) Track the progress of every case & work within a team following the laid guidelines.
