Transway is an advertising agency in Saudi Arabia. It has 4 different activities in-house. I manage them and are responsible for their growth.1- ERP system - SaaS Software (نظام رقم المحاسبي)2- mohasbkom ( bookkeeping)3- UHY international (من اكبر شركات المحاسبة في العالم )4- HR system (Power HR)- Developing and implementing media buying strategies that align with the brand's overall performance goals, including driving traffic, Generating more Leads, increasing sales, and improving ROI.- Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audiences, key trends, and opportunities for growth- Planning and executing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media.- Managing advertising budgets and optimizing media spending to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and test creative assets, messaging, and offers that resonate with the target audience and improve conversion rates.- Conducting A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve KPIs, such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.- Analyzing data and performance metrics to track campaign success and identify areas for improvement.- Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media buying, and making recommendations for changes or improvements to existing workflows.- Collaborating with other departments such as creative, analytics, and product development to ensure that media buying strategies align with the brand's overall marketing and business objectives.- Monitoring and analyzing competitor activity to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.- Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed within the set timeframe and budget.
