I am an MBA professional and am currently working at RELI Group Industries as a Human Capital Management Intern, through which I am learning various skills everyday. For example, team work, human relations, auditing, conflict resolution, general management, recruitment, performance management, communication, payroll, collaboration, turnover analysis/prevention are a few things I am gaining experience in.Personally, I spend my time with and keep myself busy with writing, psychology, and pottery. I belief all these 3 interests of mine play and have played a big role in shaping my personality and view of the world. I explore different perspectives through writing a variety of non-fiction, fiction, and poetry through which I gain self-expression and am able to envision my feelings, thoughts, and opinions. Through researching on psychology by reading various articles, books, and study guides, I find it very interesting to be able to explore the depths of the human mind, which helps me understand and connect with people better. By doing pottery, I receive steadfastness and gain an immense amount of focus, composure and patience which shapes my personality as well as my attitude.3 qualities in me I would want to highlight are my meticulousness, authenticy, and creativity.
