-Produce and maintain monthly schedules ensuring that Security levels are maintained at all times in the region. -To carry out Training meetings every month. -Implementation of the Security Protocols, using agreed assignment instructions as well as ensuring Crisis Response readiness. -Review security performance regularly implementing further training or training initiatives where required.-To provide minutes and action logs of all security events.-plan and deliver security arrangements and contingency plans for major events and expectations

-Informs management of major accomplishments, issues and concerns. -Develops and maintains close relationships with local law enforcement, intelligence and security agencies, and private sector counterparts to support the continuous monitoring of threat-related intelligence and the timely development of threat assessments regarding travel safety, project and/or office work- site feasibility, incident management, and evacuation activities for employees. -Implements appropriate security awareness and training programs to enable employees to keep themselves and their families secure in the workplace, residence and other places and facilities they frequent. This includes identifying cultural aspects that may impact employees.

-Provide specialized advice to Regional security officer R.S.O, Local Business, and H.R Lines and to all subsidiaries' departments on all security-related issues of concern. -Provide technical specialized support to the Security Manager or Security Officer in his area of responsibility and other relevant Company departments for the selection of security service Providers and during the execution of security events. -Request to the Corporate Security function to activate the technical evaluation and validation processes (due diligence) for security services providers already selected from the technical point -Ensure conformity of current and planned security operations with approved security standards and with existing host country applicable laws and regulations. -Review and check from a technical point of view, ensuring their conformance with existing R.S.O. Standards, Security Plans, Evacuation Plans and Security Procedures prepared by the R.S.O. -Support RSOs to coordinate emergency management activities at local level. -Incorporate Lessons Learned from previous crisis into Security and Evacuation Plans. -Support the RSO to plan for Crisis Management Team drills. -Maintain consistent communications and flow of information with all security stakeholders in his area. -Fulfill the required reporting requirements as outlined by the RSO-Provide to the Regional Security Manager and Security Manager the results of periodic security assessment/ audit reports. -Support Regional Security Manager and Security Managers and/or security officers in budget Forecasting, Costs Estimation. -Support the Regional Security Manager and Corporate Security Manager to monitor the development of the Integrated Security System at sites within the field of responsibility, as well as checking on correct implementations. -Support any other activity as directed by the Regional Security Manager and Corporate Security Manager.
