1- Ensuring timely completion of new product development activities, such as: preformulation; developing stable and bioequivalent formulations; developing manufacturing processes.2- Overseeing all Validation batches manufacturing; and authoring, reviewing and approving technical documents such as protocols, batch records, specifications and development reports.3- Developing different generic pharmaceutical dosage forms, including: a- STERILE products: Development of ophthalmic & injection solution as well as suspensionb- STERILE Lyophilized (freeze dried) product: development of the formula and the lyophilization cycle design.c- Solid Dosage form: development of Tablets (film coated / Sugar coated / Delayed release tables)and Hard Geltain Capsules including formula choice , preparation method , physical evaluation , as well as evaluation of the comparative dissolution study to comply with innovator products.d- Penicillin's and cephalosporin’s solid Dosage forms: development of Tablets / HG Capsules and powder for oral use e- Topical dosage forms: development of Topical Nasal Spray (solution and suspension) 4- Planning and conducting experiments & scale up the process to production scale.5- Preparation of the manufacturing and prospective validation protocol.6- Conduct and oversee the validation batches in production for both Sterile and non-sterile products7- Supervising, training and developing scientific staff. Maintaining effective communication within areas of responsibility.8- participate and prepare different documents regarding SOPs ,cGMP and ISO9001 , ISO 140019- In industry, ensuring that the manufacture of new productscan be carried out without problems regardless of scale.10- maintaining quality, accuracy and quantity of work; giving advice, guidance and direction; dealing with routine problems.11- Monitoring and appraising performance of subordinate staff.
