Providing leadership and Project Management on the key Caterpillar-dealer services growth projects with a laser focus on the lost opportunity pools in region to lead, liaise all service growth projects with our highest opportunity priorities from a Middle East district perspective.Acting as the primary interface for collaborating with internal/external partners to ensure we are moving on our priorities with special focus on the Aftermarket growth business for the Middle East district , key responsibilities: • Understanding real market opportunity using Cat tools and regional feedback • Assessing the market needs via VOC and other methods. • Creating a profitable business model to address both customer needs and our growth opportunities. • Assessing our partners capabilities to deliver on the services growth areas. • Initiating and managing projects to improve the needed partner capabilities for aftermarket growth • Implementation of services growth strategy business models & services growth plans by segment

Market and promote Caterpillar Financial Services and Caterpillar Insurance Services financial products and services to Caterpillar partners and customers in an assigned territory, key responsibilities: • Manage services & activities that support the sales and profitability of the insurance products • Establish and manage metric-based processes to enable effective measurement & management of each Insurance program. • Provide periodically reports on customer satisfaction & engagement, financial results, market penetration & sales forecasting • Foster relationships with Divisions; Initiates and develops good customer relations with district & other business unit via explaining of insurance quotes, answering technical questions • Provides training for partners and support personnel concerning Equipment protection Plans programs • Manages portfolio to grow Gross Premiums Written & Percentage of EPP

Support field team and managing partner , customer relationship with relation to account opening , preparation of loan documents , credit and financial analysis , LPO and Collections , key responsibilities: • Explains & provide documentation, credit evaluation, merchandising programs, quoting, collections, asset securitization techniques and all lease products to partners and customers. • Makes recommendations on all marketing related matters by developing, analyzing and collecting competitive information in region and VOC • Assists in training internal/external partners in the use of financial business model . • Travels to partners and customers to supplement and support Territory Manager coverage • Fosters close relationships with Cat business units by demonstrating benefits of financial merchandising through training activities, direct customer contact and salesmanship. • Develops, maintains and prepares marketing and weekly reports, statistical reports

• Acquiring a portfolio of clients in a manner that clients achieve their financial goals by getting return on their investments• Act as a financial advisor in allocating the best of investment opportunities and financial solutions for HNI • Dealing with all the financial instruments from Equities, Mutual Funds, Hedge funds, ETFS, alternative Investments, margin trading, commodities ,hybrids, life insurance and retirement as well as saving plans

•Assisting Head Of Mashreq Securities , in marketing products for existing and new to bank clients•Offering retail and priority clients trading facilities for local trading platforms DFM and ADX as well as other plat forms like Nasdaq Dubai •Widely involved In cross offering other Treasury products as bank Structured notes linked to Libor/ interest rates, Absolute notes tied with currencies USD/EUR/AUD , Margin trading commodities: Gold/Wheat/soy bean and Forex

•Opening trading accounts for investors •Processing stock Transfer, stock registry from and into the Clearing Securities Depository Dept.•Prepare daily Deals Reports, Clearing Net Position •Performing Pledge and release of shares•Representing the company in all aspects with relation to ADX personal and executives
