Upgrading older equipment with newer equipment using Upgrade Advisor and head swap procedures.• Provided RIS (Rapid Installation Services) for system installs for Arrow Distributing. This included the physical installation of equipment and then setup to production with the use of OnCommand System Manager.• Provide product familiarization and product training for new NetApp Customers after sale and installation.• Worked along side NetApp directly employed engineers on multiple projects to assist towards completion, that previously were unable to do so.• Performed and Lead data center relocation projects for high profile clients within the financial, medical, and education systems (such as banks, major health providers, and prestigious universities) some of which environments consisted of 100+ systems• Familiar with Metro Cluster Deployment and maintenance
