- Currently managing/supervising and responsible for the day to day operations of the Transportation department.- Coordinate daily domestic pickup requests for various customers such as Macy’s/Bloomingdale’s, Ulta, Sephora, and Nordstrom. Deal with over 100 domestic accounts in a monthly period. - Responsible for the scheduling/managing of pickups and deliveries to customers per the customers routing guides.- Compile domestic transportation documents such as BOL’s (Bill of Lading) and packing slips for the daily shipments.- Maintain/manage the transportation files for both domestic and international shipments.- Prepare the proper international/custom’s documents such as: Commercial Invoices, Shipper’s Export Declarations, and Power of Attorney’s for various countries as the UK, Holland, Singapore, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Brazil, and many other countries.- Currently hazmat certified for Ocean/Air International and Domestic shipments (49CFR/IATA/IMDG).

- Certified FAA Load Planner. Responsible for weight and balance of aircraft on a nightly basis. - Managed 14 employees during a four-hour shift.- Maintain/follow government (OSHA & FAA) and company regulations regarding aircraft and safety.- Prepare nightly reports for upper-management (volume and hours worked).- Prepare fuel tickets (insuring accuracy-matching the manifest & ticket).- Maintain various daily/weekly/monthly files (misleads, projected volume, load manifests, hazmat paperwork, and hours worked).- Interact and process volume with various vendors on a nightly basis (i.e. Brinks, Aerial, Lane Aviation, Dunbar, and Ferrari).- Maintain the main phone and direct calls to the appropriate people.

- Managed 6 to 8 employees during a six-hour shift.- Responsible for customer service and proper process of all over goods.- Responsible for employees following proper hazardous materials procedures set by UPS and OSHA regarding cleanup, safety, and prevention of injuries.- Certified Designated Hazardous Materials Responder thru OSHA for 5 years.- Process various hazmat reports (i.e. DMN, HM!), 5800.1).

- Managed 7 to 9 employees during a six-hour sift.- Responsible for the unloading of various aircraft types upon arrival.- Responsible for loading various aircraft types for departure.- Responsible for maintaining safe and proper work procedures during operations.

- Inbound 40-50 flights nightly in the COMPASS system.- Prepare container manifests for outbound flights.- Prepare and update container information in the COMPASS system.
