• Plan, organize, and manage the technical design, schedule, construction execution, and financialperformance of multiple Little Leaf Farms expansion, sustainability, and optimization projects • Project Management responsibilities include development of user requirement specifications, preparation ofbidding and construction documents, vendor negotiation, sub-contractor selection, material purchasing,project scheduling, maintenance of project budget, building code compliance and permitting, projectdevelopment activities, quality control, equipment validation and commissioning including as builtdocumentation, and certificate of occupancy. Member of the discovery team, responsible for designing and testing novel methods of sustained drug delivery using drug containing hydrogels for ophthalmic diseases. Designed and created prototypes for new device components using Solidworks and 3D printing .
