On time and on budget achievement result rates surpassing 100%. Key engagements:Developed Central Scheduling departments at 400 to 600 bed facilities resulting in minimum cost savings of $150K per year, call wait time reduction from 2:12 to 00:02 (mm:ss) (goal: 01:00), abandonment rate reductions from 14% to 6% (goal 6%) within a month of implementation, and standardization of processes in alignment with payer standards and billing requirements to reduce insurance denials. Worked in direct contact with the Director of the Atlanta Medical center assessing the overall efficiency of the different departments in the Atlanta Medical Center as compared to the other Medical Centers comprised in the VISN 7.

Drafted a letter of intent co-wrote a proposal for the Commonwealth Fund to decrease the number of unnecessary emergency room visits by establishing a link between the Emergency Department and the Adult Primary Care Clinic, which resulted in the hospital being chosen as a finalist for a $125K grant.Collaborated with the Stop Smoking Program and the Commissioner’s of Health in liaison with the Health and Hospitals Corporation’s Nicotine Patch Initiative by evaluating, providing recommendations and creating a tracking tool to increase the overall effectiveness of the program, organizing meetings and reporting to executives on new advances, facilitating the marketing strategy along with the PR Department and training and supervising staff to ensure effective program implementation in the different departments.Researched and developed trend reports for angioplasty and stress tests for the Diabetes Collaborative.
