Current- Don Valley North Lexus is the #1 volume Lexus dealership in Canada. My responsibilities include:
- Proactively interact with customers every day.
- Master tech systems to handle all appointment inquiries (by telephone and email), follow-ups, as well as electronically scheduling service appointments.
- Be a good listener to learn about the customer’s wants and ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Be organized and persistent to see things through to completion.
- Work with different departments to tackle any obstacles or barriers you may encounter along the way to solve guest’s problems.
