Here I'm working as an IT & Data Analyst.As IT Analyst is to oversee the information technology needs of an organization including supervising subordinates, coordinating software implementation and upgrades, determining IT budget and equipment needs, and ensuring systems security. As Data Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day execution and monitoring of outbound dialer performance, inbound and blended application changes, ad-hoc data analysis, production of reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.), troubleshooting of production issues, and operations support.
