As the in-house designer for Open Road's Marketing Department, I designed all marketing materials, including web ads, print ads, infographics, landing pages, logos, websites, social media graphics, and anything else that popped up. I was responsible for meeting deadlines and coordinating with different members of the Marketing team to make sure their visions were achieved.

I oversaw customer service for internet customers, which included placing orders with our associate warehouses, answering product questions, arranging shipments with freight companies, keeping customers updated on their orders, and invoicing these orders. I also suggested and implemented procedural changes to make our company easier to do business with. The majority of my job was dedicated to marketing. I designed flyers (digital and print versions), email campaigns, graphics for trade shows, and all other marketing materials as needed. I assisted with choosing the items for promotions, suggesting pricing for promotions, and communicating with printing companies. Once everything was created and sent out, I collected data on what was most effective and presented any notable findings to the office manager, VP, and President.In addition, I did various other jobs around the office as needed, including keeping customer information updated, revising the employee handbook, keeping track of toner use, fixing printers, creating forms and guides for internal use, and generally helping with technology issues.
