1. Collecting and analyzing vibration data from rotating equipment, overseeing maintenance.2. Managing route databases, setting alarms, limits as per API/ISO Vibration standards.3. Conducting vibration data collection using Emerson CSI-2130, CSI-2140, VB-6, VB-7. Checking coupling, fan belt, bearing temperatures. Vibration analysis on Emerson AMS/software.4. On-site dynamic balancing, laser alignment for rotary equipment per client requirements.5. Collecting lube oil/grease samples, preparing reports in Excel/MIS format for health assessment.6. Conducting shock pulse measurements (SPM) for bearing condition.7. Analyzing machine data from Emerson AMS, providing solutions.8. Root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for rotary equipment.9. Performing bearings faults frequency analysis (BPFO, BPFI, FTF, BSF).10. Conducting periodic LLF assessments during data collection for rotating equipment.11. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly activity reports, notifying clients of abnormalities.12. Maintaining critical machine MIS, updating vibration data, temperatures, process parameters, seal parameters (online/offline).13. Efficiently planning, executing condition monitoring activities.14. Visiting vendor workshops for motor no-load trials, conducting final inspections.15. Preparing work permits for condition monitoring activities in plant areas.16. Delivering safety talks on vibration, safety topics to monitoring department.17. Supervising done during plant shutdown and checklist done of rotary equipments.18. Performing Thermography on electrical, mechanical equipment using FLIR, FLUKE Instruments.19. Conducting MCSA testing, Thermography testing, Vibration testing, etc., for predictive maintenance.20. Offering corrective action recommendations to prevent unplanned shutdowns, production losses, reduce maintenance costs.21. Reporting preliminary findings to relevant authorities.22. Identifying, resolving root causes of machine failures.
