In fall 2021, after an intensive DD process, Ecolan’s ownership changed from a private equity investor to Yara Finland. Responsible for implementing the integration process and making the circular economy part of Yara's operations, enabling growth. Daily, I am in charge for the company's service sales, direct and indirect procurement.Reporting to Yara’s Commercial Director

Work in close cooperation with the main owner, capital investor. To ensure the company's profitability, strengthening strategic partnerships and continuity. The complete renewal of financial management and budgeting, contract practices and structuring of operations. Update of internal operating culture in a short period of time. In summary, the emphasis on a pragmatic and comprehensive job description as CEO and CFO. Responsibility for the accounting (w/ Ykköstilit), audit (w/ KPMG) and entire funding. Active participation in daily sales work. Marketing and refreshing the corporate image, as well as public relations, (e.g., expert role in the Parliamentary Environment Committee.) Promoting carbon-neutral trading with partners. Ensuring and integrating occupational safety. Carrying out the company's strategic process and reviewing its operations. Changes in the structure of the organization and securing management teamwork and its potential. Development of ESG reporting. My role also included close cooperation with the capital investment company's, and I was responsible for company's sales process to the world's largest fertilizer manufacturer, Yara (w/ Sisu Partners).Ecolan’s sales 2020 appr. € 8,0 million, with 25 employees and the improvement in profitability between 2019 and 2020 was € 1,1 million.
