As VP of Operations and head of Engineering, I led engineering teams in Seattle, Beijing, Guangzhou. I was responsible for hardware, software, and R&D programs while building strategic partnerships and contributing to business strategy and vision.

Designed the engineering programs for the flagship surface plasmon resonance imaging system. Led international cross-functional teams through first commercial product launch.

Beamline Manager for the Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) beamline at the J. Bennett Johnston, Sr., Center for Advanced Microstructures and Devices (CAMD), a synchrotron radiation research center operated by Louisiana State University.Led the transformation of the small angle x-ray scattering beamline into one of the busiest and most reliable beamlines at the Center. Increased capabilities including wide angle x-ray scattering (WAXS) by upgrading hardware and software and significantly expanded user base through improved marketing and service.

Characterized Super Conducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID) noise and performance for dual SQUID two-mode gravitational wave transducer. Designed the mechanical resonators, superconducting circuitry, and electrical housing. Designed and built two broadband, force-balance seismometers for vacuum operation. Machined prototypes, designed and built electronics, created and optimized control loops, and wrote control software.

Developed a novel, resonant, two-mode, cryogenic, dual SQUID, superconducting transducer for the ALLEGRO gravitational wave antenna.
