Brands: Valentino, Fendi, Celine, & Berluti- Refresh merchandise on a monthly basis, visit store every week to ensure all displays are proper.- Send VM Report to principal every month, liaise with Merchandiser if ever there is new merchandise shipment coming to the store.- Supervise & arrange window display changes from order/production to installation then send photo report to VM Principal and internal team.- Participate in VM yearly training with principal for each brands.- Seasonal product training with Merchandiser/Brand Manager.- Prepare and supervise lightbox installation with local vendor (order from principal / print locally)- Train VM stores with new guidelines from principal for every season/capsule.- Event preparation & coordinator in/out of store for store openings/collection preview/etc, liaise with Marketing team and principal.- Supervise VM props order and shipment from overseas and/or produce locally with vendor.- Prepare yearly budget for VM props and window orders.- Accompany principal annual visit.
