At Epic, I held the responsibility of designing, developing, documenting and testing complex full-stack systems, using a wide set of tools such as TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS on a client that uses C# on the web server to communicate with our hierarchical database model.While maintaining legacy code and leading new projects, it is vital to ensure the delivery of high-quality software throughout its entire lifecycle in order to succeed as an Epic Software Developer. The most important of these impacts has been leading a project that streamlined efficiency of scribe workflows in Emergency Departments, which accounts for nearly 20% of all medical note writing workflows.

At Tutor.com, I was tasked with assisting students nationwide with the Java programming language, from Early to Higher Education as a service of The Princeton Review.It was here that I learned most about breaking down complex topics and communicating them in a compelling way, keeping students engaged while learning concepts they were previously struggling with. This helped me build an even more intuitive understanding of Java as a programming language, as well as instilling basic coding standards as a natural instinct.
