I am an Irish and US lawyer, focused on real estate, capital markets, corporate, and international, business development. I am a partner in the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP with offices in Boston, New York, DC, London and Tel Aviv. I have also served as an FDI consultant to Ireland's leading law firm, A&L Goodbody, since 1995. With my partners we have built one of the largest CRE investment, development, finance and land use practices in Boston. At Sullivan Law, we represent some of the most significant CRE Lab, multifamily, logistics, and office development companies in NE. We have also represented most all of the Irish banks in the US from the early 90's, many tech and life science companies, venture capital and private equity funds, high profile individuals and entrepreneurs, including several world ranked Irish athletes, providing international tax, trusts, corporate, funds, and litigation services. I am an investor, board advisor and managing member of several investment LLCs in Real Estate, Life Science, Technology and Crypto mining. I have built a large network of real estate, corporate and HNW individual clients. I also serve on the advisory boards of a marine engineering, renewable wind energy and LNG storage company in the US. In the non-profit arena, I chair or serve on the boards of the following organizations: The Boston Chamber of Commerce; The Irish American Partnership; the Gaelic Players Assoc.; Boston College’s Neenan Society. I am a Fellow, and founding US board member, of The Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business at UCD. I obtained my B.Comm degree from University College Dublin and have two graduate law degrees one from the the Law Society of Ireland and a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk Law School, Boston.
